Institut Pasteur Dakar Visitors

In early June 2023, Dr. Makhtar Niang (see photo) and Aissatou Diagne from the Institut Pasteur Dakar visited the Department to discuss joint malaria genomics projects. Whilst here, they received training in Oxford Nanopore sequencing and data analysis.
